The time depends on the size of the venue. Typically, the design draft takes three days, production takes 15 days, and shipping takes 30 days.

30% T/T deposit, balance payment before shipment or copy bill of lading at sight.

Yes, customization is possible according to your ideas, as we have a professional 3D design team.

Spirit Playground does not charge for custom design services. However, if the site is very large or has special requirements, we will charge a design fee to demonstrate our seriousness about this cooperation.

We are located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, about 1 hour by flight from Shanghai and 2 hours by flight from Guangzhou. You are welcome to visit and inspect our facilities.
