- Plastic pipe and slide: imported SK company LLDPE rotomoulding special material by rotomoulding, in line with the requirements of GB/T 4454-1996, plastic wall thickness of 6mm or more, colourful, ultraviolet (UV) resistance to 8, in line with Australia’s food-grade standards, anti-static ability, safe and environmentally friendly, good weather resistance, high strength.
- Platform: internal multi-layer board, the middle package of heavy foam sponge (in line with GB 6675-2003 standards), the outermost package of a layer of imported super-strong PVC horizontal warp and weft weaving flash leather, high strength, excellent safety performance.
- Rainbow ladder: the interior is made of wood, the middle package of heavy foam sponge (in line with GB6675-2003 standard), the outermost package of a layer of imported super-strong PVC warp and weft weaving flash leather, high strength, excellent safety performance, the installation of the tilt angle is less than 30 degrees, in line with national standards.
- Wrapped tube: high-density foam EVA sponge, thickness ≥ 6mm, covered with flash leather, easy to scrub, bright colours, not easy to break, good flame retardant.
- steel pipe: diameter of 48mm galvanised steel pipe, in line with international GB/T244-97 standards.
- protective net: high-strength nylon rope machine woven, high strength, good safety performance in line with GB/T3091-2001 standards.

The following warranty policy applies to all installed playgrounds provided by SPIRIT PLAYGROUND.
SPIRIT PLAYGROUND offers the following warranty
- 3 Years on components made by metal against structural failure, such as galvanized steel pipe, fastener, metal support of shooting game (gun, canon and ballblaster excluded), all stainless steel hardware (bolt, screw, nut, washer).
- 3 Years on components made by LLDPE (Plastic) and fiber glass against deterioration making it unfit for play,such as: tunnel, swing seat, seesaw, slides, panel, plastic house, themed roof etc…
- 1 Year on components made by wood/sponge/PVC,such as: platform,panel and roof,climber,stair,fence and all kinds of obstacle items.
- 1 Year on electronic and electrical components, such as: air blower, air compressor, motor, gear box, magnetic valve, and buttons.
- 1 Year on electric parts and pneumatic parts.
- 1 Year on steel parts and metal hardware including: barrel, mount, post, seat, and mounting hardware.
- 1 Year on frame, structure, padding, and soft wrapping material.
- 1 Year on auxiliary equipment, such as trampoline, safety net, foam tube, clamps and nylon string.
- 6 Months on ball, sponge balls for shooting game, water bed for water trampoline, plastic toys in sand pit, soft sofa, air bed of spider climb tower.
Application Scope
SPIRIT will provide free and necessary after-sales service for any issues related to materials or workmanship within one year from the date of indoor playground equipment installation.
SPIRIT Playground provides product warranties exclusively to the original customer. If the playground and equipment are sold, mortgaged, or transferred to a third party, all warranties will automatically become void.
This warranty does not cover any aesthetic issues or wear and tear resulting from normal use, misuse, or abuse of the product. The warranty is valid only if the playground is installed according to SPIRIT Playground’s installation guidelines and maintained following the maintenance procedures provided by SPIRIT Playground.
After-sale Service
SPIRIT will provide additional accessories free of charge during the shipping process to meet various needs. Whatever issues may arise, we will address them promptly to ensure smooth installation.
